 
A graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco
Diane Rose apprenticed at Domaine Chandon in the beautiful
Napa Valley with Chef Philippe Jeanty. Kuleto’s, Stars
under Jeramiah Tower (SF), Anti-Pasti (SF) are some of the
restaurants Diane has worked for, further enhancing her education.
In 1995, she was the opening Executive Chef of the Los Gatos
Bar and Grill where she was able to bring her creativity to
comfort food. At Mio Vicino, three very popular South Bay
Restaurants, she was the Executive Chef and Co-Owner for nearly
six years where she enjoyed combining personal style, with
high-quality straight-forward Italian ingredients, technique
and generosity to create what she calls “Cal-Ital”
cuisine.
